I've asked myself the same question many times as a Worship Pastor. Not just that, but also: 

"How should I lead my team spiritually?" 

Or better yet:

"What systems should I have in place for discipleship?" 

You live in a tension, I get it. You are busy, your team is busy, and Sunday is always coming. 

Let me make this simple: you don't have to be an expert, you have to be a guide. This list encompasses many of the practices we had in place during my time as Worship Pastor, along with new resources I wish I had at the time. When we did these practices regularly, we saw a noticeable difference in our team, our culture, and most importantly, the spiritual health of every team member.
