They are known for their thoroughness and meticulous planning, ensuring that every step they take is well thought out and backed by a high degree of certainty. Their low risk tolerance stems from a desire to avoid unnecessary setbacks or failures. At their best, they exhibit wisdom and prudence, making informed decisions that lead to successful outcomes with their ultimate desire rooted in discerning and following God’s guidance . Weaknesses:
- Risk Aversion: The Measured Dreamer's low risk tolerance may hinder them from taking bold steps or seizing opportunities. They may miss out on potentially rewarding experiences due to their fear of failure.
- Overthinking: Their tendency to wait for a high degree of certainty can sometimes lead to analysis paralysis, where they spend excessive time contemplating and may struggle to take action.

- Pray through and meditate on the following Scriptures:
- 1 Corinthians 16:13
- Psalm 18: 28-29
- Proverbs 18:1
- As a dreamer who is often slow to move towards what’s uncomfortable, do something today that you wouldn’t normally do. In other words, practice getting out of your comfort zone! It doesn’t matter how small it is. Initiate a conversation that you’ve been avoiding, go to a different place for dinner that isn’t the norm, serve at a new ministry in your city, or sign up for the class you’ve wanted to take but haven’t yet because you were afraid of being the new person. Committing to small, daily risks will help you build up a tolerance for greater risks later.

Practice being present, especially around those who matter most to you. One simple way to do that is to commit to turning your phone off, or even better put it in another room, while you are with your family and friends. Additionally, make a list of what brings you joy outside of work, no matter how small it is, and plan to make time each day for one of those activities - even if just for 5 minutes. We dream best when our hearts are rooted in joy and healthy relationships.
