I’m Wade Joye—a husband to Ferris for over 20 years and dad to three incredible daughters. Our family’s journey includes navigating the challenges of special needs like Cystic Fibrosis and Cerebral Palsy, and those experiences have deeply shaped my faith, my leadership, and my calling.

Today, I spend my time speaking, writing, and coaching leaders through my ministry, The Steadfast Way. I also host The Wade Joye Show on YouTube, where I help people live bold, steadfast, and meaningful lives. My book, This Dream Is Not For You, shares my own story of surrender and discovering God’s purpose in unexpected ways.

Before launching into this season, I served as Worship Pastor at Elevation Church for 14 years. During that time, I had the privilege of shaping worship culture across more than 20 locations, leading the Elevation Worship label and touring teams, and helping write songs like O Come To The Altar and Resurrecting that are sung in churches all over the world.

But more than titles or platforms, what matters most to me is helping people build a private life with God that sustains their public calling. My deepest passion is teaching others how to develop spiritual rhythms that keep their soul anchored to Jesus while leading in family, ministry, and life.
